Live Online Yoga Classes
Practice yoga from the comfort of your own home! Our live online yoga classes are delivered via the interactive video platform “Zoom”. You will need to download Zoom and Google Chrome to enable you to access them and you may also wish to refer to our tips on using Zoom. Choose from our “relaxed and ready to go” 40 minute classes or our longer “Strengthen, stretch and release” one hour classes or both! We also offer Menopause Yoga Classes specifically for women in any stage of Menopause from Perimenopause to Post Menopause. Upon your request we would then send you the link for the classes you have chosen, so just click on the link and join us on the mat!

Live Online Guided Meditation Classes
We also offer interactive live online 40 minute guided meditation classes, great for both beginners to meditation and those more practised, in helping you to de-stress and unwind. Typically a class comprises a few gentle upper body stretches to help your seated posture and alignment. This is followed by a yoga breathing technique (pranayama) chosen specifically to help quieten the nervous system prior to our seated meditation practice, sitting comfortably on either a chair or on the floor whichever suits you best. A little time is set aside at the end for any questions or comments.

Community Yoga Classes
Our community yoga classes provide a space where everybody is free to enjoy the best yoga has to offer. It is an opportunity to enjoy the practice with others and enter the relaxing space of yoga together.
Regular Weekly Community Classes
There are a limited number of places in the class and booking is essential. If you would like to be put on the register for this class please contact us

Park Yoga (next to Talwrn Village hall) available in the spring and summer on fine weather days!

You will need to…
You are encouraged to bring your own yoga equipment to class. To take part in our online or community yoga classes you will need a yoga mat and a blanket. Additional equipment that is useful to have is a yoga belt, a yoga brick and block(s), which help facilitate alignment or act as support in some postures.
Some spare props are available in community yoga classes; these are wiped down with a sterilising solution before and after each class.
