Kathryn Turner Bsc (Hons), IIHHT, Dip B.W Yoga

Kathryn Turner is a British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) qualified Yoga Teacher, Holistic Health Therapist and Ecologist. She holds additional qualifications in Yin Yoga and Mindfulness Meditation through the Yoga Academy and is a fully qualified Yoga Alliance Professionals and BWY Menopause Yoga teacher. Kathryn has been practising yoga and meditation for over 32 years and teaching individuals, classes and workshops in the UK and abroad for more than 20years. Her style of teaching is based on detailed guidance and a focus on alignment in order to gain the most benefits from the practice. She teaches a variety of yoga styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative and Menopause Yoga.

Having taught hundreds of people from all walks of life, ages and abilities, including teenagers, climbers and the elderly as well as more general mixed ability classes, corporate yoga, and personalised individual tuition Kathryn knows that yoga can be for anyone who has the desire to learn. With this in mind she has developed her skills over many decades to ensure that the yoga she delivers to her clients, online or in person, is a body/mind technique that is accessible to all.
