Want to have your own one to one yoga guidance and practise with your own personal yoga coach?

Some students prefer the individual attention and guidance offered through personal yoga tuition. I offer both one to one classes as well as private groups of up to three students.  These personalised classes are suitable for both men and women of any age or ability. Classes are available from the studio or live online. Beginners, as well as those students who already have an existing practice are equally welcome. Beginners will be introduced to the fundamentals of yoga including postures, breath and philosophy. Postures are broken down, modified and adapted if need be to suit your needs and you also have the opportunity to ask any questions.  For those wanting to further their yoga practice, you will receive my undivided attention as you explore postures and breathing techniques, work through any challenges and go deeper into your practice.

An Initial Consultation to Establish Your Requirements

An initial consultation helps establish your requirements. Classes are then designed to suit your specific needs with each session building upon the previous one.   A variety of yoga styles, from Hatha to Restorative, as well as Yin and Vinyasa may be incorporated in order to deliver a class to suit you. You will receive a copy of the lesson to enable you to practice between sessions should you choose, allowing you to begin your own home practice. For those taught in person, if need be additional “top up” classes are available live online via Zoom. These classes help to recap on key parts of your class between your appointments should you wish.

Yoga takes place in our quiet countryside studio and all yoga equipment provided is wiped down with a sterilising solution before and after each class. Alternatively, you are welcome to bring your own equipment. In the summer, weather permitting, we have a beautiful outdoor platform, set in nature, for yoga practice. Typically a class lasts one hour including consultation. You can also book a live online one to one interactive class via Zoom with me.

Prices per hour (in person or live online)


 

  • £50.00 – tutor to one
    £70.00 – tutor to two
    £85.00 – tutor to three

  •  SAVE £10 by booking 3 sessions in one transaction
  • “Top up refresher sessions live online via Zoom” (for clients seen in person)
  • £15 for half an hour or

  •  £30 for an hour.

Personal One to One Guided Mediation Classes also available via zoom

These classes are suitable for both beginners as well as those who already have an existing meditation practice. Typically a 40 minute class entails a few simply stretches to help support your seated meditation posture and a calming yoga breathing practice to settle the mind prior to meditation. This is then followed by a 15-20 minute guided meditation practice with some time available at the end for any questions or comments.

£30 for 40 minutes.
